Design/specification
Experience in many industries allows CCG to design or specify the best weighing system in the Caribbean for your use. We select the best load cells, mounts and weight displays for the purpose, to ensure it all works perfectly.
Assembly
If your system needs a custom control cabinet, we build this and wire it in to meet the standards for the country of use, whether this is the U.S. or European country.
Programming
CCG Provides custom applications within PC based data handling software for truck scale data gathering as well as automatic traffic handling. We also provide custom process control solutions within the Rice Lake 920i and 1280 process controllers in the Caribbean.
Installation
With help by the customer for heavy labor, CCG provides practical knowledge and oversight for placing of load cells, wiring and J-boxes from the load cell positions to the scale display unit or control system.
CCG provides scale setup and training for company staff, with online documentation control.
Calibration
Following setup, the system needs to be calibrated. This is done with a combination of CCG expertise and CCG test weights. In this way, large scales can be calibrated to NTEP or OIML standards. CCG has the know-how and tools to service all scales including those with the highest capacity in the Caribbean, up to 1,000,000 lb.
After-Sales Maintenance
Our technical staff are on-call during normal business hours, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. Service after-hours can be provided at extra cost. Call CCG for:

CCG provides force measurement systems certification and warranty repair with a range up to 2700 kN compression and 300 kN tension. Please consult with us for details.
Aerospace support services
CCG provides customized load testing services and after sales maintenance for all GSE (Ground Support Equipment) for aerospace and aviation facilities – such as the U.S. Coast Guard, DHS, and Lufthansa Technik. From customized APU support to custom designed aircraft docking systems. CCG designs, builds and certifies custom testing equipment for these industries in the Caribbean.
