Truck scales are made with steel decks or a steel frame into which concrete is poured (concrete deck). All scales made today are load-cell based and the load cells are mounted to allow some platform movement. Consequently they allow dirt and debris to fall through and improve the scale’s precision. Survivor OTR axle truck scales weigh during motion and are mounted in shallow pits to be flush with the road. The truck scale software allows data management for vehicle scales. Truck WIM (Weigh In Motion) Scales
